Product Description
MM32F5330xxM MCU is equipped with Arm®v8-M architecture STAR-MC1 processor (compatible with Cortex-M33). It operates at a frequency of up to 150MHz, embeds up to 128KB Flash and 32KB RAM and integrates with rich I/O ports and peripheral modules, including ADC, DAC, analog comparator, advanced timer, general-purpose timer, basic timer and low-power timer as well as communication interfaces, such as I2C, I3C slave SPI or I2S, UART, USART, low-power UART. It also integrates USB 2.0 full speed Device/Host controller of internal PHY and FlexCAN-FD interface.

- Four UART, one UASRT and one LPUART
- One USB 2.0 of internal PHY

- Two 3MSPS 12-bit ADC and one 12-bit DAC
- Two 16-bit Adv. Timer, six GP Timer and one LP Timer
- Operating voltage: 1.8V ~ 5.5V
- Operating temperature range: -40℃ ∼ +125℃
- Package type: QFN32, LQFP48, LQFP64
