On May 25-26, the 16th “Challenge Cup” Shanghai Undergraduate Extracurricular Academic Scientific & Technological Works Competition was successfully concluded at Donghua University. The competition was jointly organized by the Shanghai Committee of the Youth League, Shanghai Science and Technology Committee (STCSM), Shanghai Municipal Education Commission, Shanghai Association for Science and Technology, and Shanghai Students’ Federation. In the competition, SHOU achieved encouraging results, and won one municipal special award (the College of Marine Science), one first prize (the College of Fisheries and Life Science), three second prizes (the College of Fisheries and Life Science, the College of Marine Science, and the College of Food Science and Technology), and four third prizes (two for the College of Fisheries and Life Science, one for the College of Food Science and Technology, and one for the College of Marine Culture and Law). To be specific, the project sent by the College of Marine Science achieved the “zero” breakthrough for SHOU in the unit of municipal special awards in this competition.
