As appointed by the Fisheries Bureau of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and invited by Indian Ocean Tuna Commission (IOTC), on June 9-21, the joint delegation of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs attended the 16th Law Enforcement Sub-committee meeting, the 16th Financial & Administrative Sub-committee meeting, the 3rd Administrative Procedure & Technical Sub-committee meeting, and the 23rd annual conference of Indian Ocean Tuna Commission (IOTC) held in Hyderabad, India. Members of the joint delegation also included Xu Liuxiong, Professor of the College of Marine Science; Liu Xiaobing, Visiting Professor at SHOU and Doctor of the International Pelagic Fishery Performance Center; and Chu Xiaolin, Associate Professor of the College of Marine Culture and Law.
