September 16, the signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation agreement between SHOU and the People’s Government of Xiangshan County was held in Shipu of Xiangshan County. Present at the ceremony were Huang Huanli, Deputy Secretary of the County Party Committee and Mayor of Xiangshan; Chen Xingli, Executive Vice County Mayor; Li Jiale, Vice President of SHOU; and principals of related departments from both sides.

At the ceremony, Li Jiale and Chen Xingli signed the Strategic Cooperation Agreement between the People’s Government of Xiangshan County and Shanghai Ocean University on behalf of the two sides, respectively. According to the agreement, by giving full play to their respective advantages and cooperating with each other in terms of talent cultivation, scientific & technological cooperation, achievement promotion, base platform building, and so forth, the two sides will strive to create innovative and long-term working mechanisms, continuously deepen university-county cooperation, and achieve a win-win situation for both sides.
